The project consists of a 350 GPM water treatment plant including chemical feed, two (2) integrated water treatment systems consisting of flocculators, settling basins, and membrane ultrafiltration, chemical clean-in place systems, backwash waste tanks, and treatment plant building.
The Work will be substantially completed within 330 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 365 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000.00 per day.
