The Town of Rowlesburg, located in northeastern Preston County had an antiquated water
Hardy County Public Service District – Water Treatment and Distribution
Thrasher has served as the engineer of record for Hardy County Public Service District
for more than ten years in a multi-phase project to provide potable water throughout
rural sections of Hardy County, WV.
Fairmont State University – MS4 Program
Thrasher developed a Storm Water Management Program for FSU as required by the EPA and
WVDEP through the Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System requirements.
City of Parsons, WV – Water Line Replacement Projects
The City of Parsons, located in Tucker County, West Virginia owns and operates a water
distribution system, comprised of approximately 70 miles of lines ranging in size from 3/4” to
10”, which serves roughly 900 customers.
City of Oak Hill – Storm Water Management
Thrasher provided the City of Oak Hill with a study, preliminary and final design plans, and specifications for management of approximately 2,200 acre watershed which created flooding along the path of Arbuckle Creek and throughout the city limits.
City of Green, Ohio – Drainage Studies and Detention Basins
The City of Green requested that Thrasher review the existing conditions and determine preliminarily what can be done to develop a storm sewer system for the existing subdivision. This study is currently in progress.
